The Game:
  The game is much like regular tag, with one main difference,
  when you are tagged, you are thrown out of the mud game.
  Therefore, it is important you realize a few things:
  -  DON'T PLAY THE GAME WITH INVENTORY - You will lose it when tagged
  -  Don't forget that you are still in the game when you login!

The Rules:
  You can't tag at the TagBooth
  Everyone starts with one point.
  If you tag someone, you get all of their points.
  When you are tagged, you get half your points back when you login.
  You lose a point for trying to tag non-tag-players.
  Wizzes:  No teleporting or other wiz-power abuse :-)

Commands:
  register and deregister will work in the tagbooth only.
  YOU ARE IN THE TAGBOOTH AND STILL IN THE GAME WHEN YOU LOGIN
  'tagsay'         Do a shout to the tagplayers
  'tagwho'         See who is in the game and what room they are in
  'tag'            Tag a player in the room
